Job summary

American National Insulation in Sumner, WA is hiring a safety‑sensitive driver/helper to load, unload and deliver insulation products to job sites. You will follow daily schedules, conduct vehicle and site safety checks, and maintain organized materials.

This role requires at least 18 years old, a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to travel locally to sites. Compensation ranges from $26.85 to $48.33 per hour, with possible variable pay and benefits information

• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
• Any other duty per CBAs.

Your Responsibilities

• Install products as allowed by associated collective bargaining agreement and/or project labor agreement.
• Review your daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety, job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job site.
• Report on safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse‑related duties as required.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned per the CBAs.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for Company purposes, a valid drivers’ license is required

Travel Requirements

Physical Requirements

Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted to load and unload various products. Climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work and ladder climbing, as needed.

Compensation Range

$26.85 - $48.33
