Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking an Insulated Metal Panel Siding Technician to install, repair and remove IMP siding on industrial projects. You will measure, fit, fasten, and seal panels per project specs and manufacturer instructions with the installation crew.

You will assist with panel handling using CladBoy and RotaBoy, read drawings, prepare work areas, and ensure weather-tight results while following safety procedures and daily briefings.

Qualifications

• Experience installing insulated metal panels, metal siding, or related exterior building systems preferred.
• Experience with CladBoy, RotaBoy, or similar panel lifting equipment preferred.
• Ability to use measuring tools, hand tools, and power tools.
• Ability to follow installation instructions and work effectively with a crew.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safe, quality workmanship.
• Willingness to complete required safety and equipment training.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Measure, lay out, cut, fit, and install insulated metal siding panels.
• Install trim, flashing, fasteners, closures, sealants, and weatherproofing.
• Assist with lifting and positioning panels using CladBoy/RotaBoy; operate when trained.
• Read drawings and follow installation instructions from Foreman or Superintendent.
• Prepare work areas and inspect materials before installation.
• Ensure weather-tight installation by checking alignment, spacing, and seals.
