Job summary

Applied Control is seeking an Instrumentation & Valve Asset Specialist for a 2x2 rotation in Englewood, CO. The role focuses on working with strategic customers in automation and reliability, leveraging Emerson Smart Valve and measurement technologies to boost efficiency and reduce costs.

You will provide expert AMS Device Manager guidance, direct reliability support, and training while maintaining instrument data and supporting turnaround scopes.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma in instrumentation/controls.
• 3+ years in operating process facilities is a plus.
• Experience with Emerson devices and AMS/Valvelink preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support customer maintenance and reliability processes using Emerson technologies.
• Provide expert-level diagnostics and predictive alerts with AMS Device Manager Suite.
• Deliver and quantify customer value through reliable instrument data and services.
• Offer training and mentorship on Emerson technologies.
• Assist in instrument and valve turnarounds and data management.
