Job summary

ITC in Deer Park, TX is seeking a maintenance technician to manage instrumentation and control devices at the terminal. You will inspect, calibrate, and troubleshoot equipment, while maintaining accurate CMMS records and ensuring safe operation of marine vapor recovery systems.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2-3 years of experience with process measurement and control systems, and preferred certification in Instrumentation Technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to three years of practical work experience with industrial process measurement and control systems.
• Certificate of Instrumentation Technology or equivalent formal training, preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot, install, repair, calibrate instrumentation and control devices.
• Ability to read and interpret loop sheets, P&IDs, and electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with marine vapor recovery systems instrumentation and control, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, inspect, and calibrate all instrumentation and control devices in the terminal.
• Provide accurate records of all instrumentation equipment at the Terminal
• Perform equipment inspections and document findings, repairs, and maintenance activities in the CMMS system.
• Test, maintain, and coordinate the safe operation of marine vapor recovery systems.
• Any other items as assigned by supervision or management.
