Job summary

Intercontinental Terminals Company, LLC is seeking an Instrumentation Technician to maintain, inspect, calibrate, and troubleshoot industrial process instruments at the Deer Park terminal. This role supports safe and reliable operations and requires hands-on experience with control systems, loop sheets, and CMMS documentation.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and may hold a Certificate in Instrumentation Technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two or three years of practical work experience with industrial process measurement and control systems.
• Certificate of Instrumentation Technology or equivalent training is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot, install, repair, and calibrate instrumentation and control devices.
• Ability to read loop sheets, P&IDs, and electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with marine vapor recovery systems instrumentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, inspect, and calibrate instrumentation and control devices in the terminal.
• Provide accurate records of instrumentation equipment in the terminal.
• Perform equipment inspections and document findings, repairs, and maintenance in the CMMS.
• Test and coordinate safe operation of marine vapor recovery systems.
• Any other tasks assigned by supervision or management.
