ManpowerGroup is seeking an Instrument Technician for a leading environmental services organization in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. The role supports wastewater treatment plant instrumentation and control systems with a focus on safety and reliability.

The successful candidate will install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair instrumentation, including PLCs and DCS, using test equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent education/experience.
• 1–3 years in electronics, instrumentation, controls, or related technical field.
• Knowledge of digital/analog electronics, instrumentation calibration, PLCs, DCS, and process controls.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver's License; ability to work in industrial environments including confined spaces, heights, hazardous environments, and varying weather.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul instrumentation for wastewater processes.
• Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic control systems including PLCs, DCS, and microprocessor-based equipment.
• Use test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and calibration devices to support instrumentation and controls.
• Collaborate with engineers and vendors to install, start up, test, and modify control systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, update operating documentation, and ensure safety regulations and procedures are followed.
