Job summary

NES Fircroft in the United States is seeking an Instrument Technician for a chemical plant to install, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair process instrumentation and control systems.

You will work with maintenance and operations teams to diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with plant safety standards.

This role requires reading P&IDs, loop drawings, and manuals, with a focus on safe, accurate instrument operation.

Instrument Technician – Chemical Plant

Responsible for installing, calibrating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing process instrumentation and control systems used in a chemical manufacturing facility. Ensures instruments such as pressure, temperature, flow, and level devices operate safely and accurately to support production and regulatory requirements. Works with maintenance and operations teams to diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and maintain compliance with plant safety standards.
