Job summary

TSI Incorporated is seeking an Instrumentation Technical Support Specialist I in Shoreview, MN. You will assist customers by phone and email, troubleshoot equipment issues, and provide pre- and post-sales support for TSI instrumentation within critical environments and energy/comfort streams.

Responsibilities include reading electrical diagrams, supporting firmware and drivers, and coordinating with internal departments to close issues. Strong communication and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical or associate degree and at least one year in technical or customer support.
• In lieu of a degree, at least three years in contact center or related field.
• Experience with CRM systems and basic electrical/HVAC knowledge is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone and email.
• Install, support firmware, software, hardware, and drivers on Windows.
• Read electrical diagrams and understand low-voltage installations.
• Document interactions in the CRM and coordinate with departments.
• Identify product needs and refer new sales opportunities.
