  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance, calibrations, and repairs performed on equipment. Document repair actions, irregularities, and ongoing maintenance needs.
  • Provide technical guidance, expertise, and on‑the‑job training to Operations and Maintenance personnel. Serve as a subject matter expert during complex repair scenarios.
  • Ensure all work is compliant with industry standards and safety regulations, such as OSHA and electrical codes. Enforce and adhere to all foundry‑specific safety protocols, including those for molten metal handling, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and personal protective equipment (PPE) in high‑temperature environments.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with engineers and other production and maintenance teams to improve manufacturing processes and equipment performance.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of related electrical or electronics experience in industrial manufacturing.
