Job Summary
Marathon Petroleum Corporation’s (MPC) Los Angeles Refinery, located in Carson/Wilmington, California, is looking for an Instrumentation Project Engineer in the Area Engineering Department.
The Instrument Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to their assigned refinery process areas and assigned projects managed by the Mid-Cap project team. They will also be responsible for managing instrument focused projects, from conceptual engineering through detailed design, construction, and project completion. The Instrument Engineer will report to the Area Instrument Engineering Manager.
The available schedules for the position are 9/80 or 4/1, after hours calls happen a couple of times a year normally can be handled over the phone and support of TAR approximately once a year. Core Business hours are 7 AM - 4:30 PM.
