Job summary

JT4, LLC is seeking an Engineer II to perform design, development, testing, and maintenance of software, electronic, and mechanical systems under supervision. You will join a diverse team providing technical support for DoD testing environments and ensuring compliance with standards.

The role requires ABET-accredited engineering education and 2 years of related experience or an MS in Engineering, with a valid driver’s license and ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering from ABET-accredited institution with 2 years related experience or MS in Engineering.
• Professional knowledge of engineering concepts and principles.
• Familiarity with related engineering fields.
• Practical knowledge of test methods and standard procedures.
• Working knowledge of computer systems and engineering tools.
• Planning/organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must be able to obtain security clearance.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Conduct design, development, manufacturing, testing, installation, integration, sustainment, operations, and maintenance of software, electronic, and/or mechanical equipment and systems.
• Prepare design specifications and technical reports.
• Deliver technical presentations for reviews and in-process design meetings.
• Travel to remote locations may be required.
