AMERICAN SYSTEMS is recruitingInstrumentation Engineers to support NASA research at Edwards AFB, CA. You will design and lead instrumentation systems for flight applications, coordinating with mission control and safety teams.

Candidates should hold a relevant engineering degree (Bachelor's or higher) and be US citizens capable of obtaining security clearance. A strong background in telemetry, data processing, and AutoCAD among others is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Physical Science with at least 3 years of experience, or a Master's/PhD in Engineering or Physical Science.
• US citizenship with ability to secure and maintain a security clearance.
• Must pass drug testing.
• Experience in telemetry data systems, data processing, data storage, or system test and validation.
• Strong communications and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Design, test, and support flight instrumentation systems for NASA projects.
• Develop aircraft instrumentation for NASA research vehicles.
• Lead system or subsystem teams through design reviews and safety analyses.
• Create documentation and reports of testing and results.
• Ensure compliance with NASA ISO AS9100 and safety requirements.
