Job summary

Conestoga Energy Partners LLC in Garden City, Kansas, is seeking a Full Time Instrumentation & Electrical Tech to maintain and troubleshoot our electrical and instrumentation systems onsite. You will support safe plant operations and contribute to performance improvements.

The role requires hands-on experience with PLCs, DCS, 4-20mA controls, and motor drives; strong problem-solving skills; and a readiness to work from elevated platforms. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Proficient in troubleshooting electrical control circuits (120VAC/24VDC).
• Strong understanding of PLCs and DCS.
• Experience with 4-20mA loops and transmitters; familiarity with HART.
• Experience with motor controls (VFDs), soft-starts, and starters.
• 3 years of related work experience.
• Ability to work from elevated platforms and boom lifts over 30 ft.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain instrumentation and electrical systems to ensure reliability and safety.
• Collaborate with Plant Operations and Maintenance teams to identify improvements and cost savings.
• Keep work areas organized and safe, contributing to a productive workplace.
• Support safe and efficient operation of industrial equipment and processes.
