Accelevation LLC is seeking an Instrumentation and Controls Technician to install, wire, calibrate, and verify instrumentation on prefabricated cooling skids. You will work onsite in a manufacturing environment with mechanical, electrical, and engineering teams to ensure accurate flow, pressure, and temperature measurement and control.
Responsibilities include calibration, FAT support, troubleshooting, and producing test records.
Competenze
- 2+ years hands-on industrial instrumentation and electrical/instrumentation experience.
- Ability to read P&IDs, loop drawings, wiring diagrams, and data sheets.
- Experience calibrating instruments and documenting FAT/test records.
- Familiarity with NEC electrical safety and lockout/tagout (LOTO).
Mansioni
- Install, wire, calibrate, and verify instrumentation on prefabricated cooling skids.
- Route and terminate instrumentation wiring with proper shielding and grounding.
- Calibrate instruments and document calibration results for FAT and QA.
- Assist FAT testing, troubleshoot failures, and address nonconformances.
- Maintain safe, high-quality builds and coordinate with production teams.
