Job summary

Accelevation is seeking an Instrumentation and Controls Technician to install, calibrate, and verify instrumentation on prefab cooling skids at our Miamisburg facility. This on-site role collaborates with mechanical, electrical teams to ensure accurate flow, pressure, and temperature measurements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on industrial instrumentation experience.
• Ability to read P&IDs and wiring diagrams.
• Authorized to work onsite with safety training.

Responsibilities

• Install and mount sensors and transmitters on prefabricated skids per drawings.
• Route and terminate instrumentation wiring with proper grounding.
• Calibrate field instruments using approved tools and document results.
• Perform continuity checks and 4–20 mA loop verification.
• Support FAT, QA, and field installation testing.
• Maintain safe, high-quality builds and production schedules.
• Follow LOTO and NFPA 70E safety practices.
