Jobot is seeking an Instrumentation & Controls Manager (I&C Engineering Manager) in Janesville, WI to lead a team of engineers in the design and implementation of control systems, including PLC/SCADA/DCS and electrical power distribution. The role focuses on leadership, project planning, and licensing readiness in a fast-growing technology environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and 8+ years of instrumentation/controls experience, with hands-on PLC,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

• Experience leading a group of engineers.
• Working knowledge of electrical power distribution for commercial level power systems (120VAC, 480V 3 phase, DC).
• Expertise in designing of control systems (PLC, SCADA, DCS, DAQ).
• Programming in PLC, SCADA and HMI.
• Cable routing and management experience.

We are currently on the search for an Instrumentation & Controls Manager (I&C Engineering Manager) to join our team with a proven background in the design and implementation of control systems! In this position you will be responsible for the following:

Job Details

As an Instrumentation & Controls Manager (I&C Engineering Manager) on our team, we are looking for the following experience:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• 8+ years of experience in instrumentation / controls engineering
• Experience leading and motivating a group of highly skilled engineers
• Working knowledge of electrical power distribution for normal and uninterruptible power for commercial level power systems (e.g., 120VAC, 480V 3 phase, DC)
• Expertise in designing of control systems (PLC, SCADA, DCS, DAQ)
• Skilled in PLC, SCADA and HMI Programming
• Experience with Cable Routing and Management

Bonus if you have:

• Experience working at RoviSys, Rockwell Automation, Allen Bradley or similar OEM experience
