Job summary

Garlock, a subsidiary of Enpro, seeks a skilled technician to maintain and calibrate precision instrumentation and controls in a manufacturing setting. You will troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation issues, interpret complex diagrams, and collaborate with operations and engineering teams to keep production running at peak reliability.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM. Starting pay listed below with a narrow pay range reflecting union environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive education and experience in electrical trade and instrumentation.
• Knowledge of measurements/calibration for flow, pressure, temperature control requirements.
• Electrical or mechanical background with math and physics basics.
• PC proficiency including database apps and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, maintains, adjusts and programs precision instrumentation and control equipment.
• Electrical troubleshooting of sensors, relays, drives, and motors.
• Calibrates instruments and maintains records for all instrumentation tasks.
• Interprets complex diagrams and interfaces with engineering and operations teams.
