Enerflex Ltd. is seeking a skilled installer/technician in Houston to install, service, and repair pneumatic and hydraulic equipment. You’ll read P&ID diagrams, lay out and bend tubing, and ensure customer specifications are met with safe, functional systems.

With strong communication and hands-on skills, you’ll work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced industrial environment, while upholding Enerflex’s safety standards and values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED desired.
• Ability to read and interpret P&ID, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams to perform installation.
• Ability to lay out, measure and bend tubing based on drawings to fit design packages.
• Must understand customer requirements and present solutions that meet needs.
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• All functions performed with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Measure, cut, assemble tubing trays and supports.
• Install tubing and clamps into tubing tray systems.
• Measure, cut, ream, bend, assemble tubing groups.
• Proficient in the use of tools of the trade.
• Able to recognize and avoid safety hazards.

Summary

Responsible for installing, servicing and repairing of pneumatic and hydraulic equipment: consistently work to meet customer specification in a neat timely and accurate manner, excellent communications skills.

Department: Assembly Team 7

Principle Responsibilities and Duties

• Read and interpret P&ID, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams to perform installation.
• Lay out, measure and bend tubing base on the specifications of the drawing to fit the design packages insuring a safe and functional system
• Understand customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.
• Measures, cuts, assembles tubing tray and support systems.
• Installing tubing and clamps into tubing tray systems.
• Measures, cuts, ream, bends, assemble and install single line and group of tubing.
• Proficient in the use of tools of the trade.
• Able to recognize and avoid safety hazards and dangers.
• All above functions performed with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements

Industrial environment. This role will require a large amount of standing, bending, squatting, lifting, and walking on a constant basis. May be required to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs. Many tasks have high degrees of time sensitivity.
