Job summary

Starting wage is $44.00/hour with potential to earn $51.76/hour after 120 days, plus shift differentials and a manufacturing incentive program. Ideal candidates have industrial experience and applicable apprenticeship or tech training.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Willing to work on any shift, overtime, weekends and holidays
• Prior job-related experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
• Preferably completed an apprenticeship, technical school, equivalent military training, industrial technology degree, or journeyman's card
• Regular, reliable and predictable attendance
• Passion and willingness to learn and grow

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair production and packaging machinery.
• Perform preventative maintenance and upgrades to machinery and electronic control systems while pursuing process improvements in a team-based environment.
• Dismantle, inspect, and rebuild assemblies to meet specifications or production requirements.
• Evaluate problems and generate options for actionable solutions.
• Work as part of a team on quality, safety, and productivity improvements factory wide
