The University of Wisconsin – La Crosse maintains an ongoing search for potential instructors to support program needs. Selected candidates from this pool will work under the general supervision of the relevant department chair and be responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses. Instruction will be delivered face‑to‑face, hybrid, or online, and will include curriculum development, assessment of student performance, maintaining records, providing feedback, holding office hours, and advising students or providing other departmental service as required.
These responsibilities may be supplemented with additional duties assigned by the chair or dean.
Master’s degree in a field appropriate to the needs of the department, or significant progress toward a doctorate degree, or, in rare circumstances, post‑baccalaureate certification or licensure, or a baccalaureate plus relevant experience can be considered appropriate qualifications. Depending on the program, specific certification/licensure or clinical experience may be required.
