University of Wisconsin-La Crosse is seeking a Lecturer for the English department. The instructor will teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses, preparing for and holding classes in face-to-face, hybrid, and/or online formats while maintaining currency in the teaching content area.
Responsibilities include evaluating student work, providing regular feedback, maintaining records, and offering office hours.

Lecturer
The instructor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses. This includes preparing for and holding classes—including face‑to‑face, hybrid, and/or online instruction—maintaining currency in the content area related to the teaching assignment, evaluating students’ work, assessing student outcomes, providing regular and substantive feedback on student work, maintaining appropriate records, and holding office hours. Workload may also involve advising students and/or providing other service to the department, and other duties may be assigned by the chair or dean.
