The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. seeks instructors for the Instructor Pool - BIOLOGY at the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. The position involves teaching undergraduate and graduate courses and maintaining the curriculum.

Each department at the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse maintains an ongoing search to serve as a pool of potential instructors for program needs. If hired from this pool, the instructor will be under the general supervision of the relevant department chair. The instructor is responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses. In addition to preparing for and holding classes—face‑to‑face, hybrid, and/or online—the instructor maintains currency in the course content area, evaluates students’ work, assesses student outcomes, provides regular and substantive feedback, maintains appropriate records, and holds office hours. In addition, the workload may involve advising students and/or providing other service to the department. Other duties may be assigned by the chair or dean.
