Job summary

All Native Group seeks an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – Paramedic to deliver high-fidelity medical training in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment and to operate simulation systems.

The role requires maintaining certifications, supporting training across TC3 tiers, and assessing student performance in classroom, lab, and field settings, with emphasis on safety and standardization.

Qualifications

  • Must have a qualifying military medical or licensed clinical background with current certifications.
  • Experience delivering emergency medical, tactical trauma, or combat casualty care training.
  • Meets ONE of: Former 68W/18D NCO or equivalent, RN/PA/MD/DO, or licensed paramedic.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver TC3 training across ASM/Tier I to CP/Tier IV.
  • Instruct 68W combat medic training and CLS to non-medical personnel.
  • Operate and maintain assigned patient simulators and training equipment.
  • Ensure content is approved by the medical proponent and align with curriculum.
  • Participate in QCP activities including peer observations and AARs.

Job description

  • All Native Group is seeking an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – Paramedic to provide medically credentialed instruction and operational support in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment.
  • This role is responsible for delivering standardized, high-fidelity medical training, operating simulation systems, maintaining certifications, and supporting training execution in accordance with contractual performance standards.
  • Deliver TC3 training across all four tiers: All Service Members (ASM/Tier I), Combat Lifesaver (CLS/Tier II), Combat Medic (CM/Tier III), and Combat Paramedic (CP/Tier IV)
  • Instruct 68W Combat Medic sustainment training and CLS initial/sustainment training to non-medical personnel
  • Conduct training in classroom, laboratory, and field training/evaluation environments
  • Maintain proper instructor-to-student ratios per MEDCoE directives: Classroom lecture 1:24, Classroom practical exercise 1:6, Invasive procedures 1:1, Skills validation testing 1:1 per casualty
  • Instruct mixed populations of Soldiers — both inexperienced and seasoned — in class sizes directed by the medical proponent
  • Assess students' critical thinking and psychomotor skills under high-fidelity simulated conditions
  • Support a projected minimum throughput of at least 2,500 68W students annually across all MSTC sites
  • Operate and perform operator-level preventive maintenance on assigned patient simulators, manikins, medical training equipment
  • Ensure all training content is approved by the appropriate medical proponent (MTN, Deployed Medicine, CMSD)
  • Participate in Quality Control Plan (QCP) activities including peer observations, self-assessments, and After-Action Reviews (AARs)
Requirements
  • Candidate must demonstrate a qualifying military medical or licensed clinical background, current required medical certifications, and experience delivering emergency medical, tactical trauma, or combat casualty care training.
  • Must meet ONE of the following: Former 68W or 18D Noncommissioned Officer (NCO), Advanced Leader Course (ALC) Graduate Former Navy Enlisted Classification (NEC) 8404 or Navy Independent Duty Corpsman, E-6 or above Former Air Force 4NOX1 or Aerospace Medical Service (4NOX1), E-6 or above Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Physician Assistant (PA), or Physician (MD/DO)
  • Nationally Registered Paramedic (NRP)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Preferred Qualifications Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) certification Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) provider or instructor certification
  • Experience with medical simulation TADSS (e.g., SimMan 3G, MTC2, Cut Suit) Prior MSTC or medical simulation training center experience
  • Experience with moulage techniques and theatrical special effects for high-fidelity scenarios
  • Familiarity with TC 8-800 tables and Deployed Medicine curriculum
