Summary
All Native Group is seeking a Senior Instructor / Site Lead – Paramedic or EMT to provide medically credentialed instruction, operational leadership, and site-level oversight in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment. This role is responsible for delivering standardized, high-fidelity medical training, operating simulation systems, mentoring Instructor/Operators, coordinating training execution, and serving as the primary site-level interface with military leaders, Government representatives, senior executive leaders, and contractor personnel. This position requires maintaining current medical certifications, operating Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS), overseeing high-fidelity, scenario-based medical training in classroom and field environments, and ensuring site operations are conducted in accordance with contractual performance standards. This position is located in Fort Bliss, Texas.
Training Delivery
- Deliver TC3 training across all four tiers: All Service Members (ASM/Tier I), Combat Lifesaver (CLS/Tier II), Combat Medic (CM/Tier III), and Combat Paramedic (CP/Tier IV)
- Instruct 68W Combat Medic sustainment training and CLS initial/sustainment training to non-medical personnel
- Conduct training in classroom, laboratory, and field training/evaluation environments
- Maintain proper instructor-to-student ratios per MEDCoE directives: Classroom lecture 1:24, Classroom practical exercise 1:6, Invasive procedures 1:1, Skills validation testing 1:1 per casualty
- Instruct mixed populations of Soldiers — both inexperienced and seasoned — in class sizes directed by the medical proponent
- Assess students' critical thinking and psychomotor skills under high-fidelity simulated conditions
- Support a projected minimum throughput of at least 2,500 68W students annually across all MSTC sites
- Provide senior-level instructional oversight to ensure training is delivered consistently, safely, and in accordance with approved curriculum, medical proponent standards, and contractual requirements
- Mentor, coach, and provide technical guidance to assigned Instructor/Operators and training support personnel
- Observe instructor performance and provide feedback to improve instructional delivery, scenario execution, student evaluation, and compliance with training standards
Site Leadership & Coordination
- Serve as the site-level lead responsible for day-to-day coordination of training operations, instructor support, and execution of assigned MSTC requirements
- Act as the primary site-level point of contact for Government representatives, military leaders, contractor leadership, senior executive leaders, and internal program management personnel
- Communicate professionally and effectively with senior military leaders, civilian leaders, medical personnel, contractor staff, and executive leadership regarding training requirements, site status, staffing, equipment, and performance matters
- Coordinate instructor schedules, training support requirements, classroom resources, simulation resources, equipment availability, and administrative deliverables to support successful training execution
- Support the Program Manager by identifying operational risks, staffing concerns, training issues, equipment limitations, and recommended corrective actions
- Mentor assigned personnel and assist with onboarding, instructor development, peer observations, training standardization, and performance improvement activities
- Demonstrate the ability to illustrate prior supervisory or site-level leadership experience in a medical, military, emergency services, or training environment
- Resolve routine administrative, instructional scheduling, and minor performance issues at the site level and elevate significant issues to the Program Manager as required
Scenario Development & Execution
- Utilize approved scenario-based training per course Training Circulars or as approved by the medical proponent
- Apply moulage techniques, environmental control, and theatrical special effects to simulate realistic injuries and environments
- Assess students using grading sheets for individual scenarios
- Ensure all training content is approved by the appropriate medical proponent (MTN, Deployed Medicine, CMSD)
Simulation Operations
- Operate MSTC systems (ISS, VPS, MT-C2)
- Configure and execute realistic training scenarios
- Apply moulage and simulation effects
Training Evaluation & Reporting
- Contribute to Monthly Staffing Report (MSR) data as required
- Document and report accidents/incidents
- Maintain training records, student evaluations, and AAR documentation
Equipment Maintenance
- Operate and perform operator-level preventive maintenance on assigned patient simulators, manikins, medical training equipment
- Follow OEM instructions for handling MSTC equipment requiring extended service agreement repair
- Inventory and manage consumable items (skins, synthetic blood, PMCS kits)
- Notify the COR when consumables are required
- Initiate fielded equipment repair/condition status reports and keep the TOR and APM/COR apprised of equipment issues
- Notify the W-TRS maintainer (via ACA) for equipment failures outside extended service agreement coverage
Quality & Compliance
- Participate in Quality Control Plan (QCP) activities including peer observations, self-assessments, and After-Action Reviews (AARs)
- Maintain all certifications current throughout the contract — no lapsed credentials
- Complete annual TC 8-800 recertification (all tables)
