Mt. Hood Meadows is seeking a Junior Snowboard Instructor (Ages 14–17) for part-time seasonal work. You will assist with youth lessons, help with check-in, equipment, lunch, and end-of-day activities while gaining experience on the mountain.
Requirements include 14–17 years old, PSIA-AASI online courses completed, ability to ski/snowboard on blue terrain, and strong communication. A background check may be required for those 18+.

Position Overview
At Mt. Hood Meadows, being a Junior Snowboard Instructor is about sharing your love of the mountain and helping young guests discover the fun of skiing and snowboarding. You’ll be part of the Meadows Learning Center team, helping create a safe, welcoming, and positive experience for children while developing your own skills as a skier or rider and future instructor.
Junior Instructors work alongside experienced instructors to support youth lessons both indoors and on the mountain. From helping with lessons and lesson check-in to assisting with equipment, lunch, and end-of-day activities, you’ll play an important role in making each child’s day at the mountain fun, organized, and memorable.
