GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
In this challenging role, you will be supporting the AC&T-Aviation- Cons & Trans department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following.
Instructional Responsibilities: Teaches course load as assigned; distributes, reviews and explains updated syllabus to each class. Presents instruction for classes assigned in accordance with college, division, and department policy. Adapts materials for accessibility to meet individual student needs. Provides regular and objective evaluation and feedback to students. Returns graded work to students in a timely manner. Assists in course development and textbook selection.
Employee will have extensive knowledge in the areas listed above and possess knowledge of teaching principles of adult learners. Experience in Industrial electricity and commercial wiring layouts. Experience training in a corporate setting, working with industry partners to develop customized training programs.
Hours will vary based on needs of customers and the college. Must be flexible as to working hours to included day, evening and possible weekend course delivery. Overnight travel may occasionally be required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor's degree with a major in industrial electronics, industrial technology, or related field or an associate degree with a major in industrial electronics or a related field and demonstrated competencies in the industrial electronics field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor's degree with a major in industrial electronics, industrial technology, or related field or an associate degree with a major in industrial electronics or a related field and demonstrated competencies in the industrial electronics field. Knowledge and experience in setting up and delivering laboratory exercises is preferred. Electrical certificates and Journeyman license or NCCER Instructor Certification preferred.
