Greenville Technical College seeks a dedicated Mail Center/Receiving associate to manage daily shipping, receiving, and time-sensitive deliveries across campus. Under supervision, you will support inventory control and logistics coordination using campus systems.
The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, ability to lift and move items, and experience with USPS, FedEx, and UPS processes. On-site hours Mon-Thu 7-4, Fri 7-1, at Thomas E. Barton Campus.

In this challenging role, you will be supporting the INV - Inventory Control department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following.
Under limited supervision, this position serves as a point of contact forMail Center and Central Receiving Facility operations, including shipping andreceiving functions. The role involves sorting and processing large volumes ofmail, as well as collecting, transporting, and delivering time-sensitive correspondencewithin an assigned geographic area.

A high school diploma and work experience directly related to the area of employment. Must possess a valid Driver’s License with no major driving incidents.
Experience with USPS mailing procedures, preparing and shipping freight using FedEx and UPS software, and asset management and tracking software and hardware. The ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted and the ability to drive and operate a box truck equipped with a liftgate are also required.
