Job summary

Empowered Pilates is seeking a Full-time Pilates Instructor to join our growing Club Pilates franchise in Colorado. The role offers block scheduling and multiple teaching blocks (12–30 hours/week) with opportunities to teach across our Colorado studios.

Incentive programs include CE credits reimbursement, quarterly bonuses, free classes, employee discounts, and a signing bonus potential for meeting criteria. Health benefits may apply for qualifying employees.

Qualifications

• Current Pilates certification (full apparatus, 450+ hours).
• Energetic, positive, motivational teaching style.
• Contemporary approach to classical exercises.
• Punctual, reliable and dedicated.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Pilates group reformer classes per Club Pilates standards.
• Instruct clients (up to 12 per class) with proper form across equipment.
• Conduct private, semi-private and other sessions as needed.
• Support studio to deliver an excellent membership experience.
• Act as a motivating force to promote the motto: Do Pilates. Do Life.
• Instructors may teach at multiple Colorado studios (Aurora, Belmar, Central Park, Greenwood Village, Lone Tree, Ken Caryl & Southlands).

REQUIREMENTS

• Current Pilates certification (full apparatus Pilates Certification, 450+ hours)
• Energetic, positive and motivational teaching style
• Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises
• Punctual, reliable and dedicated
• Focus on customer service, including professional and effective communication skills
• Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team
• Ability to adapt and evolve in an ever-changing fast-paced diverse environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing Pilates group reformer classes pursuant to Club Pilates standards
• Instructing clients (up to 12 clients per class) using proper form and safe methods on a variety of equipment including, but not limited to, Reformer, Springboard, Exo-Chair, hand weights, etc. to ensure a safe, yet creative experience
• Conducting Private, Semi-private Or Other Additional Sessions As Needed
• Support the studio in ensuring a fantastic membership experience
• Being a motivating and inspiring force to promote our motto: Do Pilates. Do Life.
• Empowered Pilates is a Family-Owned Club Pilates Area Developer & Franchisee. Our instructors are able to teach at any of our studios in Colorado, which include: Aurora, Belmar, Central Park, Greenwood Village, Lone Tree, Ken Caryl & Southlands.
