Responsibilities
  • Outline and prepare daily routines for clients based on their Individual Program Plans.
  • Assist clients with bathroom needs and clothing changes as needed.
  • Prepare and assist with daily meals and clean-up.
  • Support clients with daily living and vocational activities.
  • Transport clients using company vans if necessary.
  • Participate in assessment, planning, and evaluation processes.
  • Document client notes and communicate with supervisors.
  • Attend staff meetings and ongoing training.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Preferred: 1 year supporting adults with developmental disabilities.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid California Driver’s License.
  • Successful completion of background check and pre-employment requirements.
  • Preferred: Support Professional Certificates (Year 1 & 2) and CPI certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
  • First Aid / CPR certification.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
