Job summary

Brains And Motion Education (BAM!) seeks enthusiastic After-School Program Instructors to lead structured play, assist with homework, and run STEAM and sports activities at local schools. You will motivate and support students in a dynamic, safe setting that encourages curiosity and growth.

Ideal candidates bring 1-2 years of STEM/Arts/Sports experience, a passion for teaching, and the ability to engage K-8 students.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in STEM, Arts, and/or Sports subject areas.
• Passion for teaching and inspiring youth.
• Ability to work with students in grades K-8.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.
• Availability between 2:00-6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Ability to lift and carry 20-50 lbs.

Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic After-School Program Instructors to lead structured play, homework assistance, and a variety of STEAM and sports activities. As an instructor, you will have the opportunity to inspire and guide young minds in a dynamic and supportive environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years of experience in STEM, Arts, and/or Sports subject areas, with a strong passion for sharing your expertise with youth.
• Passion for teaching and inspiring young minds.
• Ability to work effectively with students in grades K-8.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must possess a current, government issued photo identification, such as a valid driver's license or state ID, and have dependable transportation to travel to assigned program locations as needed.
• Ability to pass a background check via online/live scan.
• Availability between 2:00-6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Ability to lift and carry 20-50 lbs. occasionally, with or without accommodations.
