Louisiana State University seeks an adjunct instructor to teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in the Department of Accounting. Candidates who can teach financial accounting, managerial accounting, taxation, auditing, or Intermediate Accounting I & II are especially encouraged to apply.
Preference will be given to those with teaching experience, professional licenses/certifications (CPA, CMA, CISA, CIA), and industry or public accounting experience.

The adjunct instructor will teach an undergraduate and/or graduate course in the Department of Accounting. Candidates with the ability to teach one of the following are especially encouraged to apply: financial accounting, managerial accounting, taxation, auditing, or Intermediate Accounting I & II. Preference will be given to candidates with prior teaching experience, relevant professional licenses and/or certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CISA, CIA), and relevant accounting experience in industry or public accounting. To teach graduate courses, a PhD, DBA, or an equivalent terminal degree in Accounting or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution is required at the time of application. In exceptional circumstances, a combination of advanced graduate education, relevant certifications or licensures, and significant experience at the highest levels of professional practice may be considered in place of a terminal degree.
