The Academy Instructor primarily works on-site at our headquarters in Tysons, VA, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility for occasional remote work. The role may require up to 20% travel and occasional evening or weekend class deliveries, which could account for 10% to 15% of the scheduled time.

The Key Responsibilities Of The Academy Instructor Include

Required Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years of experience, OR equivalent amount of relevant training or experience required.
• Financial Management, or strong automotive financial statement understanding preferred.
• Strong presentation skills and demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Proficiency in automotive dealership operations; familiarity with digital marketing and technology is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adept at learning new technologies.
