Job summary

True Community is seeking a training professional to support clients in achieving knowledge and certification. You will report to the Director of Training Services and work to empower communities through effective instructional design and development activities.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and a positive energy to engage learners and deliver impactful training.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, analytical, planning and facilitation skills.
