Job summary

Praisee Medical Career Institute is seeking a part-time CNA Instructor in Irvington, NJ, to teach fundamentals, safety, infection control, and effective patient care. You will guide hands-on skills and supervise practical training to prepare students for CNA certification.

The role emphasizes engaging instruction, assessment of student performance, and maintaining organized records—attendance, grades, and skill checklists—while ensuring compliance with state requirements.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification and/or appropriate nursing credentials as required by state regulations.
• Relevant healthcare experience.
• Previous teaching or clinical instruction experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Passion for educating and mentoring future healthcare professionals.
• Ability to demonstrate CNA skills accurately and confidently.

• Work collaboratively with school staff to help develop and improve our growing CNA program.
