Job summary

The Center for Discovery on its wooded campus in New York is seeking a Teacher Associate to assist with instructional and therapeutic interventions for students aged 5-21 with complex conditions, including Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will help implement individualized routines designed by teachers and clinicians to meet sensory, behavioral, and cognitive needs.

In addition to instructional support, you will assist with personal care and meal preparation.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting with instructional and therapeutic interventions.
• Ability to support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other medical comorbidities.
