Parsons is seeking an Instructional Systems Designer and Trainer to analyze training needs, develop role-based programs, and deliver instruction for CFL personnel. You will create content spanning instructor-led training, computer-based modules, guides, lesson plans, quizzes and examinations.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in instructional design or a related field and at least five years of experience in instructional systems design and training; an active Secret security clearance is

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, teaching, computer science, cybersecurity, IT or related field.
• Minimum five years of instructional systems design and training experience.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Four years of degree requirement may be substituted by relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze training needs for CFL roles to determine training requirements.
• Develop standard and tailored training plans by labor category and role.
• Review performance data and feedback to identify training gaps.
• Create measurable learning objectives aligned with duties and procedures.
• Develop and maintain training content: ILT, e-learning, guides, quizzes and exams.
• Deliver instructor‑led training and facilitate workshops and demonstrations.
