Job summary

United Airlines is seeking an Instructional Systems Designer to create and maintain computer-based training modules for flight attendant education in accordance with FAA, TSA, and company policy, ensuring regulatory compliance and engaging content.

You will lead CBT template development with Articulate Storyline and related software, supervise curriculum integrity, coordinate annual projects, and work cross‑divisional with Inflight Protection and Operations training to deliver effective learning

Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints.

Responsibilities

Develop, preserve and incorporate technical regulatory content in CBT modules for flight attendant education.
Regularly supervise curriculum to ensure content accuracy and alignment.
Lead CBT template development and testing for Inflight training materials.
Collaborate cross‑divisional with Inflight Protection, Flight Operations training, and Airport Operations schooling.
Interact with courseware software and related applications used for Takeoff learning and other systems.
