Job summary

Kratos Space Training & Cyber in Orlando, FL is seeking an Instructional System Designer II to lead analysis, design, development, and implementation of complex learning solutions. Qualifications

• 5–7 years experience in a similar role.
• Experience with instructor-led and self-paced training design.
• Experience with web or e-learning production, LMS, SCORM, Section 508.
• Follows standardized instructional design templates to produce lesson storyboard content, course flow diagrams, and instructor and student materials.
• Researches highly technical material and provides graphic and interaction descriptions for production.
• Interprets customer requirements and technical standards to produce effective training.
• Maintains sensitive and confidential information as required by government standards.
• Interacts effectively with peers and supervisors; with the public when necessary.
• Adheres to workplace rules.

An Instructional Systems Designer supports the analysis, design, development, and implementation of complex learning solutions by applying instructional design principles to meet organizational goals and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). The role requires strong communication and leadership skills to create effective, innovative, and technically sound learning experiences.
