Job summary

FusionInnovation in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Training Solutions Specialist to help design and deliver high-impact learning for our national defense programs.

You will conduct training needs analyses, partner with client teams to define solutions, and create instructor-led and web-based content and job aids. You’ll craft templates, review deliverables, and explore innovative learning strategies to drive adoption and impact.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis to develop training solutions.
• Collaborate with the client team to understand the business need, identify the solution approach and work through the design, development, and delivery phases.
• Design and develop high-quality instructor-led training and web-based training content and job aids.
• Design plans, processes, and templates for the proposed learning solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to design and develop relevant and effective training deliverables.
• Review training deliverables to ensure that the deliverable quality is as per the project quality parameters and industry standards.
• Identify opportunities to implement new and innovative learning strategies into the solution.
• Collaborate with the client team to support other change management initiatives and projects, as needed.
