This role supports the implementation and daily use of the EAB Navigate360 platform, assisting campus users with troubleshooting, training, content development, and collaboration with vendors to enhance student retention and graduation efforts.

The position reports to the Associate Director of the Student Success Management System within the Undergraduate Education Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree and higher education background preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite required; experience with MS SharePoint and Navigate360 or CRM systems is preferred.

Responsibilities
