Job summary

Augusta Technical College in Georgia is seeking an Instructional Support Specialist (Math) to provide tutoring and academic support in the Success Center. You will apply strategies for adult learners and tailor instruction to diverse goals.

You will monitor student progress, generate updates, use center monitoring software, and perform basic admin duties. Availability morning, noon, or evening is required to meet Center needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Master’s degree in the subject area (preferred).
• Experience tutoring and with diverse populations.
• Experience with higher education programs to increase retention and graduation rates.

Responsibilities

• Provide tutoring and academic support in the Success Center.
