Job summary

The Illinois Association of School Administrators seeks a results-oriented consultant to plan and deliver professional development for district and building level staff. You will provide coaching supports for teachers and administrators and coordinate services with district partners to improve student outcomes.

You will work with the Executive Director to schedule, invoice and receive payments for services, deliver in-person Professional Development courses, and interpret district data to tailor

Qualifications

• Valid Teaching License
• Two years teaching experience
• Two or more years administrative experience
• Proven experience with adult learners
• Demonstrated evidence of designing staff development opportunities related to localschool improvement initiatives
• Evidence of strong communication skills and public presentation skills

Responsibilities
