Job summary
Hudson Valley Community College's Capital District Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) seeks an Associate Coordinator for Instructional Services. This role supports evening and weekend programs, oversees budgeting and procurement, and drives technology-enhanced instruction across instructional staff and ATTAIN systems.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field and at least two years in adult education or administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or closely related field.
- Two years in adult education, teaching, or education administration with knowledge of non-traditional education.
- Proficiency in computer software applications and familiarity with integrating technology into instruction.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative supervision for evening, weekend, and off-site activities as needed.
- Assist in budgeting, purchasing, and financial reporting aligned with grant and funding agreements.
- Research and develop plans to integrate technology into classroom instruction and other innovative practices.
- Maintain instructional program materials, course objectives, and IPP proposals for day and evening programs.
- Develop and maintain schedules, reports, and databases to support office functions and student data.
