Job summary

Hudson Valley Community College's Capital District Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) seeks an Associate Coordinator for Instructional Services. The role oversees evening and off-site activities, manages budgets, and enhances instruction through technology integration.

Collaboration with instructors and staff is essential to improve program effectiveness and student outcomes. The starting salary is $60,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or closely related field.
• Two years in adult education, teaching, or education administration; budget management experience; proficient with computer software.
• Commitment to evenings, weekend, and/or offsite instructional supervision; strong spreadsheet and MS Office skills.
• Ability to supervise others and promote diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative supervision for evening, weekend, and off-site activities.
• Assist in developing and maintaining budgets and purchasing documentation.
• Assist with financial reporting aligned to college accounting principles.
• Research and integrate technology into classroom instruction and other innovative practices.
• Support instructional staff in integrating technology into instruction.
• Acts as liaison between instructional staff and ATTAIN staff.
• Maintain instructional program materials, course objectives, and IPP proposals.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on department activities and grants.
• Develop and maintain master instructional schedules; plan professional development.
