Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a K–12 classroom teacher (math or ELA preferred).
• Experience coaching, mentoring, training, or providing professional development to teachers.
• Strong understanding of virtual learning environments and instructional strategies.
• Ability to evaluate instructional effectiveness and provide actionable feedback.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver ongoing professional development on instructional best practices and learning objectives.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure materials and programs support instructional staff.
• Provide leadership and oversight of instructional quality assurance initiatives and coaching.
• Develop rubrics, performance expectations, and evaluation criteria for high-quality instruction.
• Analyze instructional performance and student data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and maintain feedback and evaluation processes with measurable objectives.
• Provide coaching and support to educators in virtual learning environments.
• Stay current on educational trends and emerging best practices.
• Collaborate with HR to address escalated instructional staff concerns.
