Job summary

Qualifications

  • Three years of progressive administrative, operations, or project coordination experience.
  • Proven ability to draft professional communications and coordinate across multiple departments.
  • Experience supporting instructional divisions or higher education is a plus.
  • Familiarity with FERPA or compliance practices is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Division of Instruction and college departments.
  • Provide guidance to faculty on classroom setup, materials, and instructional readiness.
  • Maintain division-wide calendars, deadlines, and project timelines; escalate as needed.
  • Coordinate purchasing requests, budget monitoring, and standard procurement practices across divisions.
