Minimum Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience working in a library, preferably at a school.
• Experience with library instruction and reference services is preferred.
• Experience working with high school students is preferred.

• Proficiency in library management systems, Google Suite, databases, and digital resources.
• Familiarity with collection development practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
• Master’s Degree in Library Sciences or equivalent preferred.

• Manage collection development, including selection and maintenance of print and digital resources.
