INSTRUCTIONAL LABORATORY COORDINATOR

Serve as primary section contact for assigned laboratory sections. Deliver 8-10 contact hours per week of lab instruction, demonstrations, and student support. Prepare and set up laboratory sessions, including reagents, materials, and equipment. Ensure all assigned lab sections are fully operational and prepared on schedule. Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure functionality. Coordinate with the instructor of record to meet course‑specific lab needs. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to support lab operations. Maintain compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards. Organize and maintain laboratory spaces for cleanliness and efficiency. Document preparation procedures, inventory usage, and lab readiness activities. Support continuous improvement of lab setup processes and workflows.
Salary Pay Range: $43,890 – $71,320
Bachelor's degree in a related field and one (1) year of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for the education requirement.
