Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks an Instructional Developer in a hybrid Raleigh, NC position. You will design engaging courseware and ensure learners understand customer systems and requirements.

You will develop using Camtasia and Articulate Suite, manage LMS content, and collaborate with NCMMIS stakeholders to tailor training solutions. Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience designing instructional methods and creating training materials using eLearning tools (Camtasia, Articulate Suite).
• Experience managing an LMS.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing instructional approaches and interactive courseware to meet training requirements.
• Collaborating with customers and stakeholders to identify training needs.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Designing and developing instructional approaches and interactive courseware to meet training requirements
• Collaborating directly with customers and stakeholders to identify training needs

• Developing courseware using the latest in eLearning design and technology
• Managing courseware offerings in our LMS including updates to content and training delivery schedules

Well-qualified candidates will have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; AND
• 2 or more years of related experience
• Demonstrated experience designing instructional methods and creating training materials utilizing eLearning applications (Camtasia, Articulate Suite)
• Demonstrated experience managing an LMS
