Job summary

North Point Technology is hiring a Training Coordinator and Instructional Designer to transform complex geospatial capabilities into engaging training for a high-security program. You’ll design, develop, and deliver instructor-led and virtual training that helps mission users adopt new technologies.

You will work with engineers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to define objectives, develop materials, and measure effectiveness in a fast-paced, security-cleared environment.

Qualifications

• Application of instructional design principles for adult learners.
• Creation of eLearning modules and job aids reflecting user needs.
• LMS administration and use of virtual training platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development and implementation of training programs.
• Coordinate schedules, logistics and resources for in-person and virtual sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments and metrics.
• Support LMS selection and use of virtual training platforms; develop train-the-trainer programs.
